SHIPPING

You can get know the punctual shipping cost: firstly add the product to the cart, secondly choose the country and write the zipcode. Then click the button: “Click to get delivery options” . If you want cash on delivery payment, you may find more expensive shipping cost and less delivery option. You can get know the punctual shipping cost with this method, before you order the item.

It is, because we work together with several delivery service. Some of delivery service’s shipping cost depends on zipcode. There are different price for different zipcode. There are different price because of services, package options, measurements. We do not want to show confusing chart about it. Some of delivery service give their price and shipping time online in live. The program in the cart can show you the punctual shipping cost. If you do not see all delivery service, it can be because of exceed package.

Shipping options::

DHL, GLS, DPD:
Delivery services take package from us in every workdays.

MPL - Post:
We take the package to the post office, and send the package. If we are too busy, we can not go to the post office, queue and send the package immediately. So we may can not send package in 1 working day.

DACHSER, Gebrüder Weiss:
Firstly, we have to order delivery service. They can take the package from us on next workday. Sometimes they can take the package from us on day after next workday. (It depends on their duty.)

There is not guarantee for call the receiver before deliver the package. Customer get the tracking number on e-mail from delivery service. If you do not get e-mail, e-mail us.

PAYMENT

Cash on delivery:
You can pay when receive the package (by cash or bank card). There is not guarantee for you can always pay by bank card. Rarely there is problem with paying by bank card, when deliveryman takes the package. If you want to pay by bank card, rather you should pay advance online. In this case, shipping cost may be cheaper and have more shipping options.

Bank transfer:
After you order the product, you have to pay the money to the shows bank account, what you see in e-mail. You should write the invoice number in the reference. We start to pack your order after we see your payment in our bank account. Your bank may calculate fee for transfer. We may not have bank account in your country. So you may have to transfer international. Do not worry. You can pay in your currency, so you do not have to exchange. We can send our IBAN and BIC code for transfer.

Pay after you get the package:
You do not have to pay for the product in advance. We do not wait until you pay for the order. We send your order as soon as possible. You can pay until the payment deadline, that you see on the invoice. (Not available.)

Bank card:
After order, we redirect you to the Stripe website. On Stripe website you can give the data of your bank card. We do not get your data of your bank card. After success payment, you will be redirect to our website. If your bank account is in different currency (not what you pay in), your bank may count fee for exchange.

Amazon pay:
After order we redirect you to another website (you can log in there). There will be may a pop-up, where you can log in. You should follow the instruction of Amazon.
