Finding the type number:

• There is sometimes a yellow or white label on the spring. It contains a number beginning with L or R, for example L8 or R12
• If there is no number beginning with L or R on the spring label, simply send us a photo of the label to the email address below. We may be able to identify the spring.
• The door data plate does not state which springs are suitable for it. However, for certain Euro doors we can calculate the correct spring from the information on the data plate.
